The sole petitioner, who is mother-in-law of the deceased and named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation of putting informant on fire, who subsequently died, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the specific accusation and the fardbeyan of the deceased, there is no reason to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
