JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.228 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 489(A), (B), (C), 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 22, 23 and 24 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act.

It has been alleged that after recovery of Ganja case was instituted and during investigation the name of the petitioner has been surfaced by his sister.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20995 of 2017 (3) dt.10-07-2017 prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks, the court below will pass an order on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
