Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Isuapur P.S.Case No. 201 of 2020. As per allegation, five named accused persons stopped the motor-cycle of the informant. The specific allegation against the petitioner no.1 is that he assaulted the informant with knife on his head and petitioner no.2 inflicted axe blow on his head.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69948 of 2021(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 that there is land dispute between the parties. Petitioners are persons of clean antecedent. There is case and counter case and the members of defense side have also sustained injuries. She has submitted further that the injuries sustained by the injured persons are not found grievous in nature.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let them above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned court below in connection with Isuapur P.S.Case No. 201 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
