P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner.

2. Be that as it may, in view of the recent decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Prem Shankar Prasad Vs. State of Bihar and Another (2021 SCC online SC 955), the petitioner is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail.

3. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner is rejected.
