JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467,468,423,424,420 and 197 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that in spite of the order passed with regard to land in question in Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 43 of 2012-13 in favour of Bhudan Yagya Committee, the sale deed was executed and wrong entries in the revenue records were made in favour of accused persons.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed in Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act Case No. 43 of 2012-13 has been unsettled by the Bihar Land Dispute Appeal No. 243 of 2012-13 vide order dated 9.5.2013 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26020 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 similarly situated co accused Sita Choudhary alias Sita Devi Choudhary has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 54461 of 2013. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kishanganj in connection with Paharkatta (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
