Petitioners are named in the First Information Report along with others and the informant claims that he sustained fire arm injury by the fire made by the FIR named accused, namely, Manoj Yadav, Upendra Yadav and Vijay Yadav. The informant sustained several fire arm injuries but all the injuries were found simple in nature. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained fire arm injuries which is evident from Annexure-2, i.e., the certified copy of Kako P.S.Case No.176 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submissions of the parties, let the

No.33665 of 2016 (3) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.Case No.175 of 2015.
