Petitioners are languishing in custody since 24.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354A, 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (xi) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that petitioners while travelling in Farakka Train from Delhi to Patna, outrage the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for petty dispute for taking seat in the running train the accusation has been levelled. It is submitted that informant has retracted from his initial version. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25273 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 criminal antecedent. Moreover, investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Patna, Danapur in connection with G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015.
