The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2019 in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 509 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery was not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner but he has been taken into custody and has been made to sign on blank paper for the purpose of creating seizure list. It is further submitted that after his arrest in connection with the present case, the petitioner has been remanded in two other cases for no fault.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54884 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 509 of 2019.
