According to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Sita Devi who got executed sale deed and so far as petitioner is concerned, he is said to have identified the co-accused, Sita Devi on the sale deed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
