1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For a direction to the Respondent authorities to remove encroachments from land, bearing Khata No.1284(old), Khesra No.

3020 (old), corresponding to New Khata No.

1259, New Khesra No. 3766, admeasuring 56'x11' sq.ft, which is a common public road of villagers, leading from NH-527B main road to Bhinda govt. Pond, after initiating encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Land Encroachment Act pursuant to application dated 10.02.2022 (Annexure-2).

(ii) For a direction to the Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.13210 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 authorities to restore public village road in accordance with Old Map as well as Revisional Survey Map which has been encroached by Respondent no.5 by erecting house and land of government of Bihar, bearing Old Khesra No. 3020, corresponding to New Khesra No.3766, has been encroached, leading to obstruction of ingress and egress of the villagers.

(iii) For a direction to the Respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made over public village road by the Respondent no.5"

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Keoti, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
