The petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 307, 436 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. A truck dashed an auto-rickshaw in which many persons were killed. The villagers started protesting. The police lodged a case but the petitioners and other accused persons assaulted the police party, damaged public property and also set ablaze the vehicles. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (T) P.S.
