In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Rail Barauni P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 414 and 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioner snatched and tried to flee away but, was arrested by the police party and, from his possession, the stolen mobile phone was recovered. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar is rejected.
However, the petitioner is given liberty to renew his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32431 of 2016 (2) dt.16-08-2016 prayer for bail after nine months of his judicial custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
