This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 272, 273 and 240 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Raw mahua etc. were recovered from the house of the petitioners. Husbands of the petitioners are also coaccused in this case. The offence was allegedly committed on 21.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two
