The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 349 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the peculiar nature of the case and the facts and circumstances as well as unavoidable circumstances under which the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time period fixed by the learned court below let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30112 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 349 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.

However, it is made clear that if petitioner fails to surrender by the time framed by this court, the present order shall stand cancelled.
