The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420 & 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that Ram Nath Sao entered into an agreement to sell a piece of land with the complainant. The petitioner was a witness of the deed of agreement to sell. The petitioner took Rs. 2,00,000/- from the complainant to hand over the same to Ram Nath Sao. It is submitted that the petitioner did not receive any money. On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant submits that the petitioner, who received money from the complainant, put his signature on the stamp paper. Considering the fact that the petitioner denied to have received any money from the complainant, the above named
