The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of theft of laptop of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R has been registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up only on the basis of suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner was not apprehended from the spot nor anything has been recovered from the conscious
