JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 06.11.2019, passed by the District Magistrate, Arwal, in Arms License Case No. 03/DM/2019, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected, by filing appropriate appeal before the Appellate Authority. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20007 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 appropriate appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the same shall be decided on merits by the Appellate Authority, without it being impeded by the issue of limitation and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of filing of such appeal.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
