Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kargahar P. S. case no. 101/2015 registered under section 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Admittedly, alleged recovery has been made from the house of one Prameshwar Singh and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Para 3 of the petition reveals that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Richa Bhargav, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rohtas at
