The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59385 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 dated 20.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28303 of 2022 (Annexure-3).

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 133 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
