2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 323, 341 IPC registered in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014.
3. The parties appeared suo motu and are willing to resume harmonious conjugal life together after leaving the Court premises together. The opposite party no. 2 however expresses some apprehension that the petitioner may not revert to his old ways and inflict torture upon her.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25133 of 2014 (3) dt.06-05-2015 granted to the petitioner by order dated 21.10.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 is hereby confirmed with additional condition that the petitioner shall keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and honour and in case any similar complaint is filed by the opposite party no. 2 in future, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
