JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The specific allegation of causing firearm injury to brother of the informant is against Durgesh Pandey @ Sugan Pandey. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused person with similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 1.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 65171 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61084 of 2018(3) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Buxar, in connection with Bagen Gola P.S.
