ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019 in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No.33 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 307, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of having attacked the informant on his head, but the injury has been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties with injuries having been inflicted on both sides.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that the petitioner has got no criminal
