The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the eleven accused persons including petitioner came variously armed assaulted the informant and other family members. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except one injury other injuries have found simple, accusation is omnibus and general and there is a counter version of the occurrence also. Moreover, investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.
