2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kotwali Munger P.S. Case No. 285 of 2012.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners being members of the N.G.O. have been falsely implicated by the informant alleging that the villagers were not paid the due amount under the insurance policies, whereas none of the villagers has come forward to make any complaint. It is submitted that the complaint has been filed only to put
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25122 of 2014 (4) dt.29-07-2015 pressure on the petitioners in connection with payment of commission claimed by the complainant as agent in respect of the insurance policies. In any event it is submitted that the matter has since been compromised between the parties and they have reached at an amicable settlement between themselves.
4. Learned counsel for the complainant appears and confirmed the fact of compromise in terms of the counter affidavit filed by him.
5. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 21.10.2014 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali Munger P.S. Case No. 285 of 2012 is hereby confirmed.
