JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard Ms. Manisha Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner in support of the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 131/2016, registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Within four years of marriage, the victim was done to death in suspicious circumstances, while she was at the Sasural. The allegation is that on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry she was done to death.

On going through the F.I.R. and other materials available on record, I am not persuaded to grant anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21810 of 2017 (4) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
