2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 949 C of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of I.P.C.

3. It is a case of fraud committed by inducing others to believe that they would get government jobs in different departments provided they pay a lump sum amount of Rs. 4 lakh per candidate. It is alleged that the petitioner along with his other associates influenced almost 26 candidates for the said offer.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. There is no allegation of receiving any amount either from complainant or from any witnesses against the petitioner has been attributed. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 03.07.2024. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused Nishikant Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 05.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77547/2023.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J. M. 1st Class, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 949 C of 2022 subject to the following conditions :-
