The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant. The FIR suggests that the informant received telephonic message from the husband of the victim that he has killed his wife. Moreover, the informant has also claimed that the victim used to complain that her husband used to torture and assault.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the husband of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27219 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 victim and is resident of different place, though, the omnibus and general accusation has been levelled against entire in-laws family. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.
