JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 for the offences punishable under sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409 and 120 (B) of the I.P.C. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in this case similarly situated co-accused, namely, Krishna Singh, Mahendra Singh, Devendra Kumar and Harinandan Prasad have been allowed pre-arrest bail and on the same ground the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22905 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 petitioners also deserve sympathetic consideration as they were terminated on 14.10.2014 but the Apex Court stayed operation of the order passed in L.P.A and thereafter they have been reinstated. The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that the aforesaid four co-accused have been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22336 of 2017 by order dated 06.07.2017.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering the grounds mentioned in the aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous, the petitioners also, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Aurangabad in connection with above mentioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Abhay/- U T
