The petitioner seeks bail in Govindganj P.S. Case No. 225/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that solar plates were stolen. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was apprehended in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 99/2016 and it is said that solar plates were not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has already been enlarged on bail in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 99/2016 and thereafter the petitioner is remanded in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 23.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22283 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 for 05 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 225/2016.
