The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The main allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he assaulted the father of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
