2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 303(2), 351(2), 352, and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the husband of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the

No.62864 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/3 petitioner has submitted that as per the FIR, this is the occurrence of 04.06.2025 whereas the FIR has been lodged on 14.06.2025 i.e., after ten days of the occurrence. It has also been submitted that there is also a counter version of this case which has been filed by the wife of this petitioner, namely, Munni Devi on 03.06.2025. According to that case, the petitioner was being assaulted by the husband of the informant and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the husband of the informant has received simple injuries. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 20.06.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that the allegation against this petitioner is that he has assaulted on the head of the informant's husband with iron rod.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
