This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is scribe of the sale deed, said to be executed by co-accused in favour of the informant. The informant found some cheating when he moved for mutation of his name in the Government record. Considering the nature and status of petitioner in the transaction, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 263 of 2016
