2. Pursuant to the earlier order, counter affidavit has been filed.

3. From perusal of Annexure-4 of the counter affidavit, it appears that the work has been completed for the amount which was advanced to the petitioner.

4. In these circumstances, this application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18558 of 2023 in connection with Bisfi (Madhubani) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is not required to deposit Rs. 2,70,245/-

6. The interim bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed.

7. The petitioner is already on provisional bail. She shall remain on bail pursuant to the bail bond furnished by her earlier in the court below.
