JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) Excise Act.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that 115 Pcs of Mcdowell Brand wine, 3 Kg. Stickers, 2 Kg.Dhakkans and 10 Kg.Urea have been recovered from the bamboo clumps of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2016 . Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has denied the recovery of alleged wine from his possession. There is no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 83 of 2015.
