The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired causing injury on the informant as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.

Since the petitioner is in custody, if the case has not been committed to the court of Session, learned Magistrate shall comply with the provisions of Section 207 of the Code of
