The present application has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding for non-compliance of the order dated 8.1.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3896 of 2013 and other analogous case. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the cases of the petitioners have been considered and it was found that they have not satisfied the conditions which are essential for regularization of the employees and, Collector, Patna, vide order dated 5.8.2016, rejected the claim of the petitioners.
