The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR and the name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Samir @ Sabir from whose possession one mobile was also recovered. No stolen article is recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt. The petitioner is in jail since 08.11.2014 and he has already remained in jail for about ten months although the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
