Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that one carbine of 9 mm, 12 live cartridges as well as two misfired cartridges are said to have been recovered from ambassador car which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in NTPC P.S. Case no. 55/2015 pending in the court of Sri B. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, Patna stands rejected.
