2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lachhuar P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 dated 14.01.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date of occurrence, when the informant was going to his Khalihan, the petitioner started abusing him. Thereafter the petitioner along with other accused persons armed with Farsa, khanti and sword came to the house of the informant and started assaulting the informant and his family members. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted on the head of the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted on the head of the informant's father by means of Farsa, but the nature of injury is said to be simple in nature. Both the parties are agnates. It is further submitted that other accused person, namely, Manish Paswan has been granted bail vide order dated 24.07.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46000 of 2025 and Vinay Paswan has been granted bail vide order dated 08.08.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 56086 of 2025. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2025 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
