Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 307, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The accusation is of making assault indiscriminately to the informant and abusing by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general and coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 27162 of 2015.

Considering the fact that impugned order reflects that one of the injuries has been found to be grievous,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27292 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with SC/ST Dehri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
