The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Bihar Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) [B.P.I.D.] Act, 2002.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 20.07.2021, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

No.68335 of 2021(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/3 informant alleges that petitioners after duping the women of Ward No. 8 including the informant, in the name of giving loan, were trying to flee after collecting the insurance amount but was caught and handed over to the police and from the petitioners Rs. 8115/- was recovered along with two motorcycles and 5 fake receipts.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been made victim of circumstances as the petitioners were completely unaware that S.B.P. Microfinance Company for which they were working was a fake company. It is further submitted that one Dhanish Kumar Dube introduced himself as Area Manager of the company to the petitioners and the petitioners being unemployed youth having rural background readily agreed to work for the company thinking that a job has come their way and subsequently the petitioners realised that they were taken for a ride by the finance company which had employed them. The learned counsel submits that even presuming, without admitting for the purposes of bail, that what has been alleged is true, then also it is the first offence of the petitioners.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

No.68335 of 2021(2) dt.20-04-2022 3/3 Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 20.07.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, petitioners are of young age and taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sugauli P.S.
