JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 506, 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that the petitioner had entered into the house of the Informant and, by putting her in fear, tried to commit rape upon her but, she made protest and saved her modesty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to village politics, he has been trapped in the present case. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32647 of 2016 (2) dt.22-08-2016 case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Birendra Sahani is rejected.

The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of judicial custody.
