Petitioners seek bail in Garkha, P.S. Case No. 369 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 379 Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that co-accused Sudarshan Ram went to the house and brought four bottles Acid and gave the bottles of acid to Sonu Ram, Pankaj Ram, Ravi Kishan Ram and Bigan Ram. Thereafter, all those accused persons threw acid on the family members of the informant causing injury to six persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68700 of 2018(3) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 which shows that informant, his uncle Raju Das, Atul Raj and Mamta Devi and Himanshu Raj have sustained severe acid burn injuries. There is specific allegation against petitioners of throwing acid on the person of the informant. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected at this stage.
