2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4, 5 of the Bihar Illegal Mining Act, registered in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated only out of village politics and he has no concern with the 'moram' being carried in the vehicle.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
