JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State and the informant. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 332/2018 arising out of Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 for the offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The case was registered against unknown.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.7.2018.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that in the instant case investigation was done on scientific line and thereafter name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused.

No.72107 of 2018(4) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the FIR and he is in custody since 15.7.2018, the Court has reason to believe that the investigation in all respects has been completed, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 21.3.2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 332 of 2018, arising out of Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018.
