Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit on the point of criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 152 of 2018 for the offence under Section 25 (1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in the present case since 27.7.2018 and there is allegation of keeping illicit Arms against him. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail after 21st March 2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
