The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1232 of 2009 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379, 494, 406 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

In pursuance of the order dated 21.07.2015, the petitioner appeared in the Court but opposite party no. 2 has not chosen to appear before this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rest amount of 35,000/- as directed by this Court has already been deposited in the Court below and the opposite party no. 2 has

Considering the fact that no grievance of the opposite party no. 2 is left to be redressed as because the petitioner has deposited the rest of the agreed amount in the court below and the same has been received by the opposite party no. 2, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Complaint Case No. 1232 of 2009.
