The report of learned 21st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari dated 20.9.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within a period of three months. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition after some argument.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial positively within the stipulated period of time
