The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 431 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely roped in this case due to village politics. He has not demanded any ransom from the informant. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22213 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 431 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
