The petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present case has been lodged against the petitioners only because there
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27418 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 was a dispute regarding negotiations in the marriage. It is further submitted that only to extract dowry as had been negotiated earlier, case has been falsely instituted.
Considering the nature of allegations made and also the fact that the boy in question has since returned home, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
